The Woodland Hills Foundation H.U.G.S. Trunk-or-Treat is BACK from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, October 13th at Woodland Hills High School!
This event is RAIN OR SHINE. We do not have a rain date.
The Trunk-or-Treating guidelines include:
- Instructions on where to enter/where to park your car will be sent to you prior to the event.
- Decorate your trunk. Unique, fun, and family-oriented designs are encouraged. Creativity is good, but so is a simple Halloween tablecloth! Gore, weapons, horror, and showing disrespect to other groups is NOT PERMITTED. Wear a costume (if you want)! You may set up a table and/or folding chairs behind your trunk.
- Have your treats ready. Please provide 800 pieces of candy. The Woodland Hills Foundation/H.U.G.S. program will provide additional candy for your station if/when you run out. Please only give ONE piece of candy per child. Peanut-free trunks will be marked (please consider hosting a peanut-free trunk)! Homemade treats ARE NOT permitted.
Smoking on school grounds is NOT permitted under any circumstances.
If for some reason you can no longer host your trunk please let us know immediately so that we can plan accordingly. Note that upon signing up for this event you are committing to staying the entire time. Trunk hosts should arrive after 12 PM but no later than 1:15 PM to set up your Trunk!
Trunk hosts must remain in the parking lot until the conclusion of the event at 4 pm for safety purposes.
